Established in 2016 we're a vibrant and forward thinking, multi-disciplined consultancy. We offer a comprehensive range of planning services for Businesses, Developers, Architects, Investors, Homeowners & Land Owners across the UK. We help our clients understand their development rights and whether planning permission is required, all the way through to detailed promotion of land where required.
We provide this across a wide variety of sectors including residential, commercial, student, strategic land and mixed use.
We chose to set up Urban Property Pad consulting to do business differently. It is deliberately small to be more flexible and responsive, with greater client focus. You’ll only ever speak to a Director about your project and you won’t get passed around a large team.
